They need shareholder approval to transfer material assets from SRSR to HKHE. The management team obviously doesn't control a majority of the voting shares so they had to call a shareholder meeting to get approval.
The details of the circular may provide a deeper look who is behind HKHE that may act as a catalyst to attract buyers. There may also be other details. They seem pretty quiet on ST, it's heading towards 6 months of silence on that?
One of the things that puzzles me is why they didn't secure the majority of shares before they launched this and it was .00x or less, water under the bridge at this point though.
