1) There was an announcement that seemed to bring some confusion. Tytan has been working on for some time , the option of bringing tractors into our local Port. The actual loading dock is less then a mile away from Tytan. This presents great advantages for Tytan. Stockholders have called the Port to see if we had a contract after the announcement. We only go to a contract when a shipment is scheduled. The only purpose of the contract is to provide a smaller Port all of the informations needed to prepare for such a shipment and to establish rates. Anyone could use this Port if they have a shipment scheduled and the goods match what this Port can unload. The only hold up is scheduling a order with 60ea of one type tractor on these Car carrying type ships. We have shipments just now arriving quite often and do not need a shipment yet. We antisipate within this next year we will move toward planning this type of shipment. The advantage here is the LOCATION of our Kalama warehouse to the Port. There is a 90 day lead time involved with our orders to our tractor and implement factories.

2) Arent the same products available to all other importers in the US etc ? In most cases Tytan deals with Exclusive Factories that work under contract to make our goods only. In some instances factories that do big volume in a certain area and who build many goods sold by others, will sign a contract to build specifically our goods that would be available to no one else. Our goods usually are built with very specific specs and many times niche features we have designed. And third, there are some very few items that we buy that are the same as others. In this case we work to redesign and improve them.
A recent case was brought up to us about the Kingchipper as someone saw what they thought was the Kingchipper. Well, the Kingchipper is clearly the best chipper for the money out there on the market. Guess what ? One factory in China has opted to copy us. We only located one USA customer and he was contacted to stop. So that leaves the China mfg who copied us. to be trying to unload them some where else in the world, with a look alike item. The key features that are under Patent Pending now on the Kingchipper are inside the chipper and interesting enough, they copied from a outside picture. Tytan has a Chinese attorney and just prevailed in one small case in China.
