I did a quick listen of the call too. I think the data were good but can see why the stock didn't jump a lot. My impression was different I took it as they aren't going to go ahead with a daily dose and they aren't going to try to escelate the dose either. My guess is that they don't think they can safely do so (despite their claim of good safety) and/or they can't afford the cost/delay to get a better dose/regimine.

Yes Nektar/AZ are going with the 25mg daily (the 50mg while higher in efficacy also had more AE's). They are also testing a 12.5mg dose I believe as well which may be a point of caution/concern. Perhaps just to get multiple doses on the label. They are also running about a dozen studies my guess is at a much higher cost then ADLR is expecting on their Phase 3.
