They look terrific DA. Congratulations! If you can, let them cure a day or two spaced apart in cool dark surroundings in before storing. I'll help durability.

Not sure how big your potato bed was, but maybe like cauliflower. Something that produces a flowering terminus or heavy fruit. Not tomatoes, or anything related to Solanum family.
