Correct the court would have to empower a Case Trustee with special powers to sue in DC.. Easily done with the stroke of a pen.. The problem is finding a disinterested firm to be the Trustee.. We thought Hochberg was disinterested, but his firm was in negotiations with the FDIC on some banks in NC and Viriginia.. After the Report, his firm miraculously got what it needed for its client..
