Yes I too like Desp’s thinking and we all know WG&M as well as the SNH must go. That leaves me thinking though who would be in charge of any proceedings in DC? S&G may not be allowed to go to DC in that they are only for the bankruptcy at this point. I believe it would be up to the bankruptcy court to allow leave for them to do this.
