WHEN the POR is denied , then at this point i would expect to see a plan from the EC.
Anyone can submit a plan now, exclusivity period is long past.
Up to this point SG has chosen not to do so, rather to watch the debtors and their cronies throw each other under the bus as they simultaneously drove the bus into a very tight corner. JMW and her "fair and reasonable" opinion of the GSA is their only way out of that corner. However, at this point, with all that has transpired this year, I would expect JMW to revise her opinion of the GSA as it was obviously negotiated in bad faith. JMW can do one of two things:

1. Declare the GSA and POR, DEAD. and let the flood of competing plans hit her desk...

or

2. Rule on jurisdictional issues (admit she doesn't have it) and send this case to DC where it belongs...


...I say #2 will happen, as this case truly never should have been in BK court to begin with, if JPM were not withholding the 4B, and had not taken possession of many other WMI properties it knew it had no right to. Then wmi could have easily paid it's debts as they became due, and just went straight to DC to sue the criminals FDIC and JPMC...

...we all know why that didn't happen.
