question for all, if and when the judge denies this POR, what stop BR from filing POR 7, and start this whole thing again....

I mean this confirmation seems a little different as its taking forever, it looks like this may be the final crack at it under Judge MW court...but again once this POR is denied, does this finally move to the other court, or do we do this again....

the reason I ask is, if they get another crack at it, a settlement is not near, but if this is their last chance and its going to move to trial, then I can see a settlment in the works....

any opinions on the process would be appreciated...
