MACDgyver, 5 Bil. would max it out... a Reverse Split would be most likely with a ratio of 1 for 10,000 imo. The price would go up commensurable with the ratio, but the problem is that it sometimes takes up to 3 to 5 days for some brokerages to clear the stockholder's account. That means that stockholder cannot trade his shares during that time period and has to sit and watch as the pps typically plummets to about 30% of the split value...
