Friday or yesterday, someone reported hearing from Tracey/JB that the order, at least for WC/T, is funding, THEN, ZTEM and drilling.
I had initially shared your frustration with JB, but he's brought onto team players (MLV,SRK, Vollmer, Othon, Liang) that WILL MAKE IT HAPPEN. They all have large incentives to do so!! So does JB, for goodness sakes --what +50M shares? Don't forget that...the past is no or little prediction of the futre.
