All assets were sold to Inovo before B/K.

Inovo closed on the sale of CHAD Therapeutics’ oxygen conserving assets in
February of 2008, and completed the relocation of CHAD’s
manufacturing, sales and marketing functions to its Naples
headquarters in June of this year. Inovo retains the right to market
and sell under the name of CHAD Therapeutics.
