My understanding is that it was a "left over" item that was submitted prior to merger talks and not initiated by Oxygen. Oxygen is either volutarily or involuntarily waiting for it to go thru. I tend to think the latter. Laughable, maybe, I will withhold my opinion until I see the breakdown of the merger transaction and what the share structure at the time of the transaction was.
