Im not saying it has or hasnt changed, but the fact is that nobody knows as the the TA doesnt have the info and there hasnt been any releases since the increase in A/S to show if it has or hasnt. Regardless if it happens right away, with the A/S staying at that point, it can happen at any time, whether its this coming quarterly report or a year from now. It just sucks for investors that this information is hidden and that there has not been a reasonable response for the increase in A/S
