i saw the $45MM figure in the article i posted - https://www.fis.dowjones.com/WebBlogs.aspx?aid=DJFVW00020110728e77t000xd&ProductIDFromApplication=&r=wsjblog&s=djfvw - and only in that article. i also saw in a different article -http://gigaom.com/cleantech/photos-charging-up-the-volt-under-a-solar-canopy - which i posted earlier today, that a dealer pays an estimated $75,000 to Sunlogics annually for a Volt solar canopy, which is something i also saw in only that article. there are a lot of news sources carrying the GM/Sunlogics tie-up, and some are telling the story the way they want to tell it presumably with the information they have at hand.

IMO the facts are slipping under the veil of self-imposed silence that Mike M. put on things in to the hands of the public, ie, us shareholders. my "theory" is that the $45MM is real, and Mike might not have wanted that fact released before he released it, which would happen who knows when given the track record we have seen with IR at Sunlogics.

I see Sunlogics has big things going for it and great deals in the pipeline, but why the hell do you do all this R/M stuff and leave shareholders as in the dark as you possibly can?!

doesn't sound fishy to me as other posters have said - i have seen little sign of dilution, the share structure is still pristine - so i can't put my finger on the reasoning behind it all. so i am left to theorize, which is getting F'ing old!
