That would be illegal insider info. They cannot give that information until things have been finalized. If Mark was trying to hide something and didn't inform investors of the increase in A/S then I think we would have something to be worried about. I feel he has been as open and transparent as he can, and I feel very confident buying at this level. In fact I'm happy it brought the pps down so I could load up much at these bargain levels IMO.
