As too Ray exercising his warrants, it is interesting that he exercised them at a price higher than the current ask, however, exercising them at all might mean that he is stepping down (as has been rumored). It is my understanding that options stand as long as you are employed by a company unless an expiration date is otherwise specified. Any better info or knowledge?
