Thanks, but gotta give due to my friend oneofsix1958. Doug was also on the tour on the 2nd version on Thursday 6/23, I was on the Tuesday 6/21 tour. That awesome post came from him, and I could not agree more with the thoughts he posted.

I was kind of amazed at the ages of the miners and managers that Scorpio hired at MR. When GPXM was doing moly at Ashdown, it was quite a few older miners. In contrast, these guys at MR were young, energetic, but at the same time had years and years of experience in the business, kind of the sweet spot for miners IMO.
