I like 'grizzled' guys like Peter Hawley. Been doing grizzled work all my life.
Checked out the SRCRF board and their website. Good find Belgie, and kudos for making that trip and reporting so well about it in your awesome first post when starting the SRCRF board.

SRCRF does look like a good play. Positive moral on the work-site always a plus to inculcate good work habits and a git 'er done attitude.
