A/S 900,000,000 POST RS @ SAME
O/S 762,784,541 POST RS @ 38,139,227
I just spoke with Lloyd Spencer and he clarified that the A/S remains the same as do the unissued 861,860. Additionally, the 1:20 is not yet carved in stone as it remains a maximum for the RS filing and they may yet decide to not use the maximum allowable. As it is stated, "up to a one-for-twenty reverse (1:20)". Nothing carved in stone at this time.
I also asked about the the filing coming out on the 29th and any petitions or suggestions of change being into the company by the 2nd. Pretty short window! But the idea was that if anyone had anything they would quickly communicate and it is important to not dillydally the process on and on and on.
Another thing, Lloyd wants to offer some perk to shareholders who have held strong through thick and thin and has an idea of offering the CoroCall system at a good discount and wonders what percentage of discount would appeal to shareholders. You know, a 20% or 30% or whatever might make it doable and worthwhile and also a note of appreciation from the company. You might like to send him an email and share your thoughts on the idea. Any shareholder should, for that matter.
So here ist is Sunday morning and Lloyd is in there working and has good things to say and I gotta tell you, he didn't sound at all like a man about to loose his shirt or his dreams of becoming a successful company. I liked our conversation so much that I think that I should grab a few more shares. Ah, but I'm a soft touch. LOL. I would sure like to have some of those 1s though! And that's a fact!
As for you bet on no bid soon, while I don't know for sure, I wouldn't bet a whole lot on that. LOL
