You need to do better DD. The Titan uses 54 amps of electricity it claims 60% efficiency. That's because it only heats water when needed just like wdrp's unit but being in the electrical field my entire life I can 100% say microwaves take less energy than electric hot water heaters. Now the Dux water heater is gas which is more efficient than the Titan but will be less than a microwave water heater. These 2 units dux and Titan are not even close in comparison to wdrp's unit
