Regarding Exile. Bovel said "news shortly" in early July. Ntephe said "Premature to speak about". Ntephe more likely meant "I don't want to jinx anything by talking about it at this time." I would go with Bovel's assessment of timeframe in this respect.

Also, what kind of "Transaction" per ERHC has Proven's post could possibly require a trading halt EXCEPT something like ERHC buying a controlling interest? Proven also said Exile was waiting for TSX approval of said transaction. Got to be us, IMO. Anyhow, we will find out soon enough regarding the halt.
