(signed by Lloyd Spencer on July 28th) for any meeting
input cut off date by August 2nd. To my way of thinking,
that is laughable as a time line, particularly in that
the proxy statements have not been received by voters yet.
I can't imagine that Lloyd Spencer actually planned it that
way, however, signed, sealed and delivered with two business
days to actually get a response into the company's hands.
Amazing! LOL
