Response from Robert S:

Dear Mr.xxxxxxxxxx,
I appreciate your concern however I do not handle Investor Relations for Wanderport. My position is that of licensor and technical advisor and so I am therefore not in a position to address some of the business issues that you have brought up. I can offer you my personal opinion and tell you that the AMF document and the accusations brought against Andrew came suddenly and were a surprise. Moreover, this all is happening during the traditional summer holiday period and so it is my belief that the company is considering the options while the situation plays itself out. Furthermore, terminating a contract without just cause (as outlined in the contract) can potentially lead to serious consequences for the company. Again I am not writing on behalf of the company but merely offering my opinion.

I agree that the company has a responsibility to inform shareholders and I find it particularly ironic that one of the items that Andrew has been accused of is issuing too many press releases. I would have thought that communication would be a good thing but evidently this is one of those 'no win' situations where if you fail to put put news or if you put out 'too much' news that you leave yourself open to criticism. It is my understanding that there will be more updates to come with regards to the progress of the business as well as information relating to the company and its' association with Andrew.

All of the above is strictly my personal opinion.

As technical advisor I can perhaps bring you up to speed on issues relating to the MHU. The SCMHU has been built and fully tested using a generation 2 heat exchanger. The favorable results of these tests combined with extrapolated performance data have resulted in us receiving the approval to proceed with the design and construction of the MCMHU. We are currently waiting to receive some components that are on order and expect them to arrive by the end of August. In the interim we are working on the gen3 heat exchanger and some mechanical design elements for the MCMHU. I will be taking my holiday as of this coming Sunday and will be off to watch my daughter compete at the COMEN Competition in Milano , something that was timed to coincide with the parts acquisition process and the accompanying lull. This information is widely known but regrettably lost in the noise surrounding recent events. This is a short version of the status but it sums up where we are at this moment quite accurately.

FYI, just a quick primer on some terminology that we use: Microwave Heating Unit (MHU) Single Cavity (SC) and Multiple Cavity (MC).... The MCMHU in its present embodiment is essentially 4x the 'inners' of the SCMHU and ought not to pose significant technical challenges.

Back to more of my opinion.

I know that you are concerned about the PPS and frankly I am at a loss to explain , given the current status of development, why it is where it is. I know that there was an initial misunderstanding as to what the decision represented , initially leaving some individuals with the impression that the company was being shut down. It is now clear that this was not the intent of the decision but instead it did lay some pretty serious accusations against certain individuals. The accusations laid against Andrew have nothing to do with Wanderport and it is my understanding that he is responding to these charges. At present he has not been found guilty of doing anything wrong however it is my understanding that the company is monitoring this CLOSELY and will act should it be within its' right to do so. So with regards to investor Relations nothing has changed for the moment. Andrew handles IR but he is on holiday until the end of next week (another unhappy coincidence). That is likely the primary reason why things have been quiet on the IR side and why there has been what I'd call irrational and detrimental activity on the PPS and negative discussions regarding the company during this void. Again,  this is only my take on the situation.

You've reached out to me at my posilight email address with specific questions that I respect and that I have tried to answer to the best of my ability. I'm sure you know that I cannot tell you anymore than has already been released to the general public and it is in this context that I am replying (and doing so via my iPhone so please excuse the typos etc). I hope that this email is of value to you and wish you a nice weekend!

Best regards
Robert Simoneau
