She has to review and endorse once completed and should have had no part in the handoff of work being performed by a third party. Do you think the auditors would just stand by and wait for someone to tell them they had to assign the account to someone else?

Also as silly as it is the fact that you don't answer my real estate questions lead me to believe that the two are one and the same.
