As advised by the Counsel, Green Oasis Environmental, Inc. has recently filed Form 15. Green Oasis Environmental was required to make this filing until the company is once again compliant.

So the name of the "previous attorney" is Corporate Securities Counsel but as I pointed out previously, that is a generic term for the type of lawyer Ms. Mitchell is, not the name of a law firm. So I don't know what to tell you.

I also wish the issue of the Form 15 was taken care of. I might call her back on Monday and ask about that.
