TIVU, once a stock drops drastically MM's think 90% or so won't recover, and they are correct. Thus they can do what they want, but when value returns, they start to pay.

At this rate, and since we are at the bottom. .004ish, value should return.

It went from .23c to .07cents last Oct, then continued too drop/stair-step too current levels.

I think the chart is setting up for a nice bottom and play.
