Some thoughts.

It's possible the reason we haven't heard any offer yet is IDCC is not considering any offers until the CAFC decision is final?

I say that because any decision negative or positive would definitely have an effect on the current value of the company.

If a win as we expect produces a world wide agreement (I don't think IDCC would accept anything less than that.) with Nokia they would owe IDCC from 06/06 until today for 3-G products. That's five years of revenues.

That doesn't include compression patents or 4-G, only 3-G.

I'm sure IDCC and any suitor like us know a CAFC decision is coming any day and may probably waiting it out.

To add I would say any buyer in the wings probably couldn't go shopping elsewhere and find a portfolio like IDCCs.
