Perhaps they have along with Nokia asked to have the results of the arbitration delayed as they try and resolve the differences. It would appear to me that under the ICC rules the 3 arbitrators can request the court to delay the delivery of the results.
If the above is true, then perhaps the management does not want to say that they are in negotiations with nokia for fear of driving the price higher, only to have the negotiations collapse, and of course the share price. i do not believe that either side knows the outcome of the arbitration, but i am sure they have a pretty good idea.
