What is PREMIERE and where is it going? We have not found out yet. Well it's ultimately going where many board members said it wouldn't: to finra with a completed form 211 by an mm.

Has there been any clarification of the following?
1) has ANWM recently purchased, or merged with, a private entity to form a real business? quite possible. Premiere was formed a month prior to the January updates provided by otc & nvsos. Almost all pump & dumps blind-side shareholders with heavy dilution & sell offs. We didn't see any dilution with January's s/s (after major buying in prior months--hey even years). We then got reconfirmation, this June, that showed no change in outstanding shares (once again). Doesn't look like a pump & dump to me (years of accumulation). Personally I would have liked to see the authorized reduced, but I guess Rome wasn't built in a day.

2) if so, is this business Premiere-Something-Something, presided over by GA? According to nvsos & otc, GA is the ceo. That's about all we know.

3) if so, what the heck does this business supposedly do? Property acquisition according to 10/2010 pr & SIC - Industry Classification 1000 - Metal Mining Business Status Exploration Stage Company (per otc markets). That would tell me that they buy land for mining. Really that simple. Rare commodity. Most mining companies lease land for a shared interest. Got to have some serious capital to buy mines as income properties. "Capital," in this sector, is typically (Donald) TrumpERS (as we call them in Manhattan). Ken Ash is from NE NJ (outside of NYC). I know he knows some Trumpers. I happen to be one of the poor people that winds up standing next to money - due to living in the most expensive part of the nation. I've dd'd KA like a private detective. All I can stress is 'very well respected with a long following.' I fear very little, but I certainly wouldn't want to cross him! Way back, before your time on the board, California was "mentioned." Did you know that California is loaded with privately owned mines? See how the pr glossed "western US?" What you wont know is than many Manhattan "Trumpers" are the "anonymous" individual & group owners. How do you think the rich stay rich? I don't have to watch CNN to find out, I just walk down the street with mouth closed & ears open, lol.

4) if it was not already a going concern with business in motion, who gives a flip? New business. If shell acquisition occurred, looks like it would have been in January (with the 2 major updates 3 months after the intro pr). I, & many agree, find it wise to 1st see how the parent company, Medlink, addresses their 10K from January. Currently they are 2 quarters behind. I, for one, want to see a plausible shell acquisition before I see what "Metal Mining Business" that Premiere Investment Properties has initiated and/or accomplished. I don't have any interest in Medlink (many here do not either). I want to see full detachment from Medlink so that Premiere has the independence to act without them. Medlink is a mess these days with their own financials. You think their old anywhere md shell was ever priority?

IMO, Premiere has nowhere to go. But since one is basically stopped dead in their tracks by #1 above, that doesn't really matter anyway. Great call, but I have to debate with you from the other side of the fence. I've put a lot of time into dd & I believe that Premier was set up as a cookie-cutter, basic low end income entity for the purpose of registration. Premiere was "formed" prior to asset. Greedy pointed out, for us, how soon they were "formed" prior to registration. Big deal!! I do believe that Premiere has a large asset & I sincerely believe that management (IR and/or at least ceo) are adamant that the Medlink detachment is imperative prior to anything! In complete frustration, myself, I tend to agree with them.

PS...I am certainly the 1st to admit that I am extremely selfish with my own dd, but I do it with good intentions. 1st off, the "company" officer(s) & IR decide what goes public at what time. I am a shareholder & a shareholder only. I have an investment here, so I will show respect for both myself & for them. Lastly, I have a lead over most here: Property acquisition is my livelihood. I know how it's done & how a company like Premiere will operate. I am in NJ & not too far from the ceo's "neck of the woods," so my detective work on him has been less challenging due to geography. All I will say, on that front, is that Androutsopoulos has been depicted, here, as a 17 yr old acne prone teenager that works at the McDonald's drive-thru. That couldn't be further from the truth. He is certainly young, but well enough educated, in this sector, to provide me with confidence in his ability as ceo. Is Ken Ash the true backbone? Absolutely! & if this is a relative sitting in a suit in the leather chair taking orders from his senior, I have NO problem with that! So many may not like KA, but let me say - he is capable & has a strong loyal following. I've seen him bring the deals to the ceo's & I've watched the ceo's muck them up via incompetence & greed. I have no problem with a nephew getting a slap on the back of the head when needed!
