Do you really still think that the two co's are currently in settlement talks? After reading all of the ASM notes from yesterday, I doubt it.

If IDCC were currently in serious settlement talks with NOK what would the chances be that all of the upper execs were at the meeting yesterday.

I think both sides are currently awaiting the arb decision. Nothing more, nothing less.
