I suppose that is what they were trying to do. They will tell the SEC since all 33 mil shares were issued early, they were all entitled to the f\s shares so that there would have been 99 trillion shares o\s; hence the increase of the authorized to 250 trillion. Then they will r\s into Bolivian.
