Earlier this week, the company requested the SEC to halt trading in connection with a serious problem that had arisen when quotations on the Pink Sheets Electronic Quotation and Trading System reflected that its outstanding common stock might be as much as 99 trillion shares.

Yes, they are right, I bought because I read on the pinksheets that the O/S was 99 trillion shares, so I thought it would be a good idea and rush out to buy some at $4

These guys must be psychic, knowing what hundreds of people were thinking
