None of which has helped the stock.

To this day we know nothing about this company other than what they wanted to tell us, hoping it would be perceived as great...and it has not, because the SP would have come with it.

The board looks good on paper. We have no clue what the numbers are so just to say they are Record Breaking means nothing; the record could have been $1000 that was broken. There MAY be links to Apple (just because someone worked for a company that also had a relationship with another company doesn't make it a relationship). And there are more Social Media Sites companies that fail than succeed, so just because we are Social Media isn't a green light to success.
