IQ maybe Luckern has Finnish roots? In general his reputation is actually pretty good to be honest, but I think he really fd this up. The whole thing was strange in that the ITC staff seemed to be on NOKs side and that isn't so often the case, they tend to work closely with the filer and his claims construction and application of the claims differentiation doctrine (or non application of it) and a whole host of things was, let's say, intellectually frustrating from my read of it.

Of course the CAFC really doesn't hesitate to reverse and remand and from the argument and the briefs and the other background research/due diligence I did (as a non patent attorney non engineer but with a legal background and some basic understanding of these technologies) I think it was and will be a slam dunk win for us!
