Nic:I honestly don't like the parts where Joel LOSES ANYTHING LOL but yeah you have a point, better to lose $1k than $36K only thing is that with the equities I might someday get the money back and more who knows? With the options the money is just gone...

So just for good karma let's spin out the scenarios where Joel gains a little vs a lot.

Buyout offer is at the low end of the M partners new note ONLY $118: Joel gains ONLY $13 a share!

buyout offer is ONLY $125 a share. Joel gains ONLY $20 a share (should gone for the lower strike prices even though they cost more huh Joel!)

buyout offer is ONLY $150 a share. Joel gains ONLY $45 a share (again why didn't you pay a little more for the lower strike prices Joel what were you thinking?)

buyout offer is ONLY $167 a share and M Partners was exactly right even with conservative assumptions. Joel gains ONLY $62 a share (again lower strike price duh!)

etc
