I have had my frustrations over the years with thios stock, but in the final analysis, I really only have myself to blame for not scooting out at 80 in early 2000. I think there are many here still hooping for a return to 80 - including me. BUT, I am a little older nad a tad wiser.
Anyway, I do not HATE the stock. If I did, I would not be here. I do not HATE the BOD, I simply do not think they as a group are representing OUR interests all the time. Maybe I am a "dumbass" as L2V has suggested, but My eyes have been opened to what now is becomming routine - failure on the part of management and the BOD. So you don't agree with me? Fine. Move on with your spew to someone else.
And I don't think a buyout is all that bad. Those in the "pennies on the dollar" fearmongering side are the real ones that "hate" the situation - and are the ones to be subjected to your diatribe. IMO there is the fear in their view that IDCC will continue on its failure path and NOT achieve any new deals, be paid for past wrongs, etc. If they had any confidence at all, we will only have our share price ENHANCED from a Buy-Out. Afterallo, NOK will be in place, SAM, ERICY, LG, even MOT! Then buyout offers? Sounds great to me.
Won't happen,IMO, but would be great.
