is that a classified board is generally considered to be an anti takeover device, along with poison pills. Many suspect that the attempt to declassify the board is aimed at making a hositle takeover of IDCC easier to accomplish. Many suspect that a proposal to remove the poison pill will follow. And many suspect that corp has this agenda personally or professionally on behalf of clients since he is in that business.

He has denied a personal and/or professional agenda and I've seen nothing to substantiate the suspicions and speculations and take him at his word--though notably many do not and feel that some of what he says is misleading, some say deliberately so.

Personally I don't find any reason to call him a liar and I have absolutely no problem with his views no matter how frequently stated.

I appreciate corps views and his civil tone although I do NOT agree with much of what he says, but I do defend his right to say it!
