IMO:When Nokia settles on a 3G rate..Motorola, Samsung, Ericsson, Sony Ericsson , Lucent, LGE, etc. will shortly after , license 3G from IDCC..Leaving the Market Place to establish a fair price for IDCC's recurring revenue based on 2007-2010 estimated earnings..Only A Microsoft, Cisco or IBM will have the cash required to buy that dependable income stream.Some 1,200,000 shares were acquired today validating my opinion..


Learning2vest -- actually, the passage of the proposal does anything but enhance IDCC's ability to stay dug in for a long slugfest with NOK et al if that's what it's gonna take to get a fair shake from them -- think about it
