SHOM should have a awesome week

Terrific Reads: BY gmoneypenny, stocrates, withmyownbarehands

Stocrates Writes:

"Stock-peeker, the size of a company does not figure into the qualifications for uplisting. You should expect quite a lot of optimism on a penny board where investors stand to turn $10,000 into one million. I do. Also, don't expect the CEO to put down SHOM's accomplishments either. Additionally you'll find it quite hard to find another listed company selling for a penny or so that has a positive EPS. Kool-Aid is probably not the best analogous drink. I would lean towards scotch. Old scotch."

Withmyownbarehands Writes:

Did anyone else notice that SHOM reported only 15 days after the quarter ended, which I believe is within one day of the minimum amount of days that a company can report. By putting numbers in front of us on such a timely basis, the company is not only behaving like a company who is fully reporting, they are doing something never done in the pink sheets. With one week left in July, I wouldn't be surprised to see a press release the following week. There may be an excellent trade for buyers next week, since it's looking now that two cents is not far off. It's also good to see the stock trading on fundamentals, not just on merger or uplisting anticipation. From my conversations with company executives and reading of the press releases, there are business plans in place and more that are being worked on that will expand the products and services SHOM delivers. I think second half revenues will be around $750,000 or $250,000 higher than a year ago.

Welcome, adarcy. Lots of reasons to own this stock:
1. the company is profitable (and has been since 2009)
2. the company has very little debt (NO long-term debt)
3. the company has cash in the bank
4. the company is in one of the most rapidly growing industries in America today
5. the company has a very good management team
6. the share structure is excellent - low A/S and O/S (1 billion A/S, 221 million O/S)
7. the company is growing through partnerships, acquisitions, etc. and could P/R about a finalized merger any day now
8. the company has hired an auditor and will be moving to fully-reporting status soon

This, of course, is my own DD. Please be sure to do your own DD.

Best of luck to ya!
