Reverse Mergers

TADF has a gazillion shares outstanding, and a ton of convertibles too if I recall correctly, right? It would make a poor candidate for a reverse merger with any legitimate profitable company without a massive reverse split, IMO.

I know they already have some pending merger deal with an affiliated entity, but that's not the sort of thing that will get the IHub speculators excited.
