The only place that will see any clouds will be along the Oregon coast, but by this afternoon crystal blue skies for the coast, valley and the mountains....and yes we'll finally see warm weather. A ridge of high pressure will be bringing in summer like weather with highs getting into the mid 80s. The coast will be warm too with highs in the low 70s.
