If Laidlaw is a FRAUD then Governor Lynch of New Hampshire is putting his support behind the fraud.

Huh? Where did the Gov publically throw his support behind LLEG against the SEC? He obviously supported the Berlin project. But there are no dependencies between that project and the SEC investigation of LLEG. The Berlin project the Gov supports is about Cate, PSNH, and the IPPs. Doesn't matter if LLEG is hauled into court by the SEC, or let off with fines. It has no effect on the Berlin project.
