If Laidlaw is a FRAUD then Governor Lynch of New Hampshire is putting his support behind the fraud. Very serious charges that Lynch is supporting a fraud. Is that what is being said? Public Service of New Hampshire also has a contract with Laidlaw. Are they in on the fraud as well?
