Why not?

He will worth more this way by holding the shares and will be controlling the float actually IMO.

In pennies I learned that there is nothing written on a rock-we have to wait and see. For me, I feel that we are very close to some kind of annoncement because that was a siginificant increase in OS and will need to be explained.
