Al E Gater- you were talking about the OG and how they were formed for the purpose of checking into the NSS theory. I was just saying that whatever Frizzell can do re: the NNS theory, CMKX could also have done the same if they had wanted to.

NSS has nothing to do with failure to file and maybe that is why CMKX never used that as a defense at their hearing. It was Frizzell who wanted to introduce the NNS defense and not CMKX. There is a reason why CMKX never got behind the NNS defense.
