A brief break from the rain today-- but it could be back as early as tonight. Expect partly sunny skies after morning clouds and fog. Daytime highs will rise to near 80 degrees in the metro area. However, it will likely be humid today...and clouds will come up from the south and snuff out the sun late this afternoon. Rain off the coast of Northern California is likely to move in tonight ...and continue as at times tomorrow. Overnight lows will be in the upper 50s.

Tomorrow, showers and cool weather returns. Highs around 70. In fact, this weather pattern is sticking around through at least Thursday. This weekend, I'm forecasting sunny weather with temperatures in the 80s.
