"I just returned from Brazil earlier today where I was putting two deals together with a company that specializes in video streaming apps in real time. I feel very strongly that we will be able to do something with this company but for now this is a "work in progres's"situation. Go to their website at: www.livecammobile.com. When I saw what was happening to the share price today I wanted to get sick. And I know that the "D" word is prominent but so help me God, I personally am not selling any shares.
I am working on three different deals right now, all designed to bring real market value to AppTech because that's what will offset any of the effects of dilution. Unfortunately as the saying goes, "the devil is in the details". But I will not give up! Something is going to break soon.
If you and Joan ever want to come to Texas, I will be more than happy to show the two of you that the deals we are working on are very real and we then we can have a Texas shrimp boil and lots of beer.
