For anyone interested, I received an email from Eric last night in which he stated he had just returned from Brazil and putting the finishing touches on two deals down there. He also said the pps yesterday had almost made him "sick to his stomach" and that he did NOT do the dilution. (yesterday) Send me your email and I will forward it to you.
