jackg, I agree with and my research into this situation is backing up every word you've said. A counter suit involving SEC and FINRA wouldn't be much of a surprise to me. I ran this idea up the flag pole with Brian but he could not and would not comment on a counter suite. But I see it coming. I don't think you can mess with a man of Liebermans caliber without getting back as much as you give.
