You are obviously in panic mode which is your prerogative.
I have more than $50k invested in MMTE and have spoken to WL many times over the last few months. I can tell you this was not unexpected.
Let me ask you, do you think Overcash and his band of crooks would be suing to get their shares back if MMTE wasn't securing valuable land concessions in Chile?
They are seeking relief from the courts but they have "unclean hands" based on their fraudulent dealings in the markets in the past. It is analagous to an armed robber trying to have a convenience store owner prosecuted for assault and battery after he beats back a robbery attempt.
The judge will see right through this feeble attempt and throw the claim out fairly quickly, IMO.
